1 due process trial
2 due process trial
-
3 due process trial
-
4 due process of law
Уэбстера [ Webster, Daniel], полагается "выслушать прежде, чем осудить, действовать на основании расследования, и выносить приговор только по суду" ["hears before it condemns,... proceeds upon inquiry, and renders judgement only after trial"], то есть процедура, обеспечивающая защиту прав человекатж due processEnglish-Russian dictionary of regional studies > due process of law
